La monnaie nationale est le nouveau manat azerbaïdjanais (code bancaire AZN). Il existe des coupures de 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 et 100 manat AZN.

The national currency is the new Azerbaijani manat (AZN bank code). There are denominations of 1 , 5, 10 , 20, 50 and 100 manat AZN.

Taux de change / Exchange rate

En mai 2015, le taux de change est le suivant / In May 2015, the exchange rate is as follows :

1 E = 1,18 AZN.

1 AZN = 0,84  E.

Budget

Petit budget / Low budget  : 80 à 90 AZN/jour/day

Budget moyen / Average budget : 150 à 210 AZN/jour/day

Budget élevé / High budget : plus de 230 AZN/jour/day

Banques : Les banques sont ouvertes en semaine de 9h30 à 17h30. Elles pratiquent toutes les opérations les plus courantes. Le manat n’est pas convertible en dehors du pays, il faut attendre d’entrer en Azerbaïdjan pour effectuer ses retraits en monnaie nationale ou échanger ses  euros. On trouve dans toutes les villes, des petits bureaux de change, soit en centre-ville, soit autour des bazars. Le réseau bancaire est bien développé, on peut donc utiliser la carte bancaire facilement et se ravitailler régulièrement en espèces, aux distributeur de billets qui sont nombreux. 

Banks : Banks are open weekdays from 9:30 to 17:30. They practice all the most common operations . The manat is not convertible outside the country , wait to enter in Azerbaijan to carry out their withdrawal in national currency or exchange their euros. It is found in all cities, small exchange offices, either in downtown or around the bazaars. The banking network is well developed , we can use the credit card easily and regularly refuel in cash, the ATM which are numerous.
